- When do I pay for my order?
- Avon has no set policy on when the money should be collected for orders. Some representatives collect the payment when the order is placed, while others collect the payment when they deliver the order. Our policy is to collect the money when we deliver your products.
Return to top - How long does it take for my order to come in?
- That depends on a number of things. Avon sales cycles (called "campaigns") run for two weeks. Depending on when you place your order, it could therefore take up to 13 days for your rep to place their order. Once their order has been placed, it generally takes Avon anywhere from 3 to 5 days to ship the products to your representative. Once they receive your product, they will give you a call to schedule delivery. Occasionally, products are out of stock. Avon usually provides an estimate for when and if any backordered items will be available. Some representatives maintain inventories of various items, and may be able to fulfill your order sooner.
