We believe in this very strongly, and therefore, a large part of our time is spent supporting those we have recruited (and those that they have recruited, and so on). This support comes in the way of unit meetings, conference calls, personalized training and mentoring, assistance with finding customers, assistance with recruiting, and many other activities.
